for Litsium - and shrochetoh that Bulgarian Mercan told him and the herb of longevity:)
Write the name of Uncle Google in Latin and see how it looks.
I wanted to send you the link to copy-paste, but you is not / in the comments /
    Greetings and smiling weekend!

  2. happypond says:

Danny, thank you for the information wolfberry, I had not heard at all! Will supplement it a little above. To me like these fruits of cornel:) Have a nice day and you!

  3. Cinderella says:

Oh, I love these posts you food ...
but I still write on, only that you are a super food?
A litsiya, long eat it at home, also called Imperial plodche and sold in Chinese shops.
And although a lot of things that quote were on our table often, unfortunately, we did not bloom Hitch and tied in a healthy attitude ... ..

  4. Cinderella says:

Food site is very interesting, thank you, nice pond!

  5. emo says:

Cool! I like the idea of food. I do not know how it works, but only send body pulse of what's needed. Sometimes I feel a desperate need for food, sometimes the other, and as it caught up with the required amount of stops sending call sign:) Great theme, well done!

  6. Damian says:

Interestingly almost always relies on some exotic foods?
Where before we eat algae and their derivatives in normal daily menu? Wheat and barley grass? Spirulina?

  7. happypond says:

Damian, we half foods may sound exotic, but for other nations - not. Algae, for example, appear almost daily on the table for East Asians. Not accidentally, in Japan there are so many centenarians, just their diet is very healthy and low calorie - seafood rich in healthy fats, such algae, rice supplying them bavnousvoimi carbohydrates and at the same time cleanses, etc. Otherwise, we interfere with what we eat leafy greens, nettles, quality dark chocolate with high cocoa content, honey and other bee products. These are foods that can easily and relatively inexpensively to find. And other, more exotic and more expensive, everyone will consider whether to trust them and that will pay for them.

  8. Az says:

and corn and potatoes are exotic, historically, and onions and whatnot;) Our menu, Damian, is daily, but not normal, the Bulgarians have extremely poor eating habits.

Emo, can you give specific examples of "impulses", I think they are conscious impulse, not unconscious, similar to "pulse" feeding.

  9. Mio says:

Just watched the movie, very interesting, especially because I know someone who was healed of cancer in this way with diet and supplements!

  10. Mio says:

In order for you to cast an eye on Austrian We Feed The World. It is slightly different direction, but again it comes to food and witless regulation of so-called "civilized countries".

  11. Damian says:

    Hi all,
I just want to clarify - when I say exotic - I mean foods that are not common in our geographic region. I know that many kinds of vegetables and fruits are transported between continents in ancient times:)
In the film, wondering whether we know how old is our food? - Say how it will deliver spirulina in fresh condition and all the valuable matter, if not as a supplement packed with natural preservatives?

For the diet of Bulgarians - or worse - some time ago we had a very strong nation and longevity, at least according to Lydia Kovacheva books and various researchers.

I think the logic is very simple - to eat local fruits and vegetables, fresh and fresh herbs, rare meat, maintaining good physical activity and low calorie and low stress - in other words - all that we have now:)
Say what you think about it? Otherwise, generally agree on the benefits of honey and other "super" foods.

  12. happypond says:

Mio Amico, will look for the movie to view.
Damian, I think it's best to eat food produced locally, naturally grown. But for most people in the large, globalized world that is impossible. You buy what you sell in supermarkets. However, the Bulgarians have benefited to some extent, because you still can buy natural products of the village.

  13. Az says:

    @ Damian
The truth is in the creation of entirely new methods of growing food. Even now there are such developments - growing only in water supply of nutrients, "recycling" of organic matter, increased "metabolism" such miracles can be made, but they will lead to relative independence of the population to food, which many corporations will not like.

I do not know when we were a nation just longevity, but was probably due to increased physical activity. Our grandparents have started from small fields. But just as you say, no such behavior in Bulgaria, I doubt, and soon to be actually a little forced to make some changes - to reintroduce the morning gymnastics in schools to change the values of health insurance against diseases of unforced genitichni reasons.

A local food production, for me the only advantage is that it will be fresh, otherwise no other advantage I see. Food is limited to three main types of nutrients plus vitamins and minerals.

Finally, stress is a whole separate topic, stress is one of the whippings, the "modern man" (homo stupidus;)

  14. Damian says:

@ Az - why talk about fast metabolism and so on? To cope with the growing human population there? Can you not understand that we have limited resources and growing population nemozhe indefinitely without degrading overall quality.
For accelerated growing - soon I was in a Agnliya work and brought me some strawberries from the field just to the city in which I worked, naturally grown "fast track" with all its improvements, etc. - and what can I say - just had this intense taste of strawberries grown naturally.

I would bet on organic farming - which is natural. There is no bad thing to have and support of technology - especially in the automation of the process, but these new .... :)

  15. Az says:

    @ Damian
Point was the rapid metabolism of plants - to be able to produce food much faster. Subjective single posts should not mean anything, your opinion, probably influenced by your pre-setting does not mean that there really is a difference between these strawberries. Of course, methods for growing accelerated sure they are kept to a glut of nutrients without much interference in external factors. Accelerated raising of which I speak has more relation to genetically modified foods, changing the environment (internal and external), etc., not the primitive methods used in England.

Issue of limited resources will be decided after poumnee population as a whole, which in May will not happen:) As we become more intelligent and can exploiting tens of times greater efficiency of resource use and land resources beyond Earth.

  16. Damian says:

@ Az - the taste is really subjective thing, and that the difference in the taste of strawberries has my opinion, only preliminary attitude I can not agree, but let's not go into such disputes.
I'm not familiar with technology growing with a rapid metabolism and would be happy if you let a link to more information:)

I apologize to the author of the blog for the deviation from the topic:)

  17. happypond says:

Damian, discussing their, I do not interfere, even interesting and I learn new things. :)

  18. Az says:

Generally the topic is very extensive, if you are really interested I can send two or three interesting books on the subject by email - to accelerate the primary metabolism of plants and for controlling and extracting maximum "benefit" of secondary metabolism and other biotechnologies to influence them. Such studies have already been some 30 years ago, but then were primarily aimed at influencing the external environment, ranging from the most basic - change of artificial photosynthetic cycle by exposure to radiation similar to sunlight, at regular intervals. But then the results were not very impressive, just as "open" because biotechnology has not been developed. Now there's a much better understanding, but this is still a young field of study, at least in terms of what can be achieved with existing knowledge. Now efforts are aimed primarily at influencing the internal environment (primary and most simple way is with fertilizer) and say "third future" phase is genetic modification of plant bio-machines. You can apply different methods, I think a good start is uncontrolled transposition of parts of the DNA of the plant to reach the many mutations that lead to structurally different but functionally similar hormones, for example. Only with effective hormone can be done to increase the mass of the plant, faster metabolism, better responses to the environment, etc. And in the distant future when we understand the biological processes of a still lower level, there is no need of artificial mutations, and we literally genome rearrangement optional.
